Most businesses start with ACH origination for payroll and vendor payments, plus remote deposit capture so checks can be deposited from the office. Businesses that write checks or carry higher fraud exposure add Positive Pay. Companies holding balances above standard FDIC limits add an Insured Cash Sweep account.

What is Positive Pay and do I need it?

Positive Pay matches every check and ACH item presented against your account to a list you approve, and flags anything that does not match before it clears. If your business issues checks or has experienced fraud attempts, it is one of the most effective protections available. Enrolling one account starts at $50 per month.

What is an Insured Cash Sweep (ICS) account?

An Insured Cash Sweep account automatically spreads balances above the standard FDIC insurance limit across a network of insured banks, so your full balance stays FDIC insured while you manage everything from one account. ICS adds $40 per month per account, and the fee is waived on our Peak Performance and Your Financial Outfitter packages.
