Why can’t I log into the mobile app?

Before you can log into the mobile app, you will need to create your online banking profile through Cache Valley Bank’s online banking website at www.cachevalleybank.com. Please go to the Online Banking login box at the top of the page, click on the Personal button, and click on “First-time user click here”. Follow the prompts to setup your info as a new internet banking user.

Please note the mobile app is currently not compatible with the Business Banking platform.

What do I do if I can’t remember my login information?

How do I see all of my accounts that have been activated for online banking?

From the Accounts section, you can either touch the arrows at the top of the screen (above the account number) or swipe your finger across the screen to move to another account.

How do I change the length of time before I am logged out?

Visit the Settings section and drag the bar to the desired length of time (up to 10 minutes).

How can I see more transaction history?

Visit the Settings section and drag the bar to the desired number of days you would like to be able to view (up to 99). Please be aware that history longer than 30 days may cause a delay in the loading time of the app.

How do I simplify the login process?

While you are logging in, you can instruct the app to remember your device which will allow you to skip the security questions after a successful login.  Once you are logged in, you may visit the Settings section to save your User ID.

How do I transfer funds?

You can transfer funds between your Cache Valley Bank accounts by visiting the Move Money section.  Currently, account-to-account transfers and billpay are not available through the mobile app.
